Where do you ship?
We ship both within India and internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability and payment verification.
India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
International: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary during peak or holiday periods.
Is shipping free?
Standard delivery is complimentary on all orders, except for select special sales.Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Please contact the shipping carrier directly and inform our Customer Service team at customercare@studiobhaa.com.
Delivery claims must be raised within 14 working days from the delivery date.
Can I change my shipping method after placing an order?
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, the shipping method cannot be changed.
Are duties and taxes included?
For domestic orders within India, all prices are inclusive of GST.
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Any applicable duties or taxes will be billed by the carrier upon delivery.
