Do I need to register my return online?
Yes.
Returns must be registered within 7 days from the delivery date of your order using the Register a Return option.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
All returns must be sent using the prepaid return label provided.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not available at this time.If you wish to purchase a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly retain the packaging and provide clear photographs for review.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How will I know my return has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
